Unlike most bakeries, Katalina’s doesn’t have a set menu. We bake what inspires us – it changes every day!
We’re inspired by top-quality ingredients, like sweet cream butter, pure Valrhona chocolate, in-season fruits and natural flavorings imported from Italy. We’re inspired by the baking traditions of different cultures, from the delicate layered pastries of Hungary to down-home American favorites. Most of all, we’re inspired by our customers – share your home-baked memories, and we’ll do our best to recreate them!
We bake everything from scratch, with no shortcuts and no mixes. And we’re proud to be an all-butter bakery – you can taste the difference!
